You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.
Orders are normally shipped within 5-10 business days and once every item of a multiple order is available. Please check the individual availability of the product/s you have ordered. If your order is likely to take any longer, we will contact you. Any of the items you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
We do our best to ensure that all prices on our web site are up to date and current at all times. However despite our best efforts some may be incorrect. Please be assured however that as part of our order checking and shipping processes we do verify our prices. In the event that the price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and still send you the product. In the event that the current price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you to discuss this. We do however reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale at the incorrect price and cancel your order.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us at email@example.com or call us on 415.776.2101. If the order has already been packaged and arrangements have been made for it to be sent out to you, we would request that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered.
Returns / Exchange
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only on all items except special ordered furniture and sale items. Returns must be sent to us within 14 days from our date of shipment and must be in their original condition and packaging and accompanied by sales receipt. All special ordered item are final sale and can not be returned. Returns must be shipped via insured courier at your cost. Shipping costs incurred by Zinc Details cannot be refunded or credited for exchange.
